T2-weighted fat-saturated image, coronal plane. 

Tumor in the pelvis, on the right side, mostly surrounded by pelvic muscles, with impression on the surrounding sturctures, i.e. prostate, rectum, anal canal, urinary bladder, and pelvic muscular floor. 
The composition of the mass is mostly solid with cystic components, uneven, mostly peripherial post-contrast enhancement.
